Can I amend my order?


Unfortunately, we are unable to amend items on your order, or change the delivery method or payment method once the order has completed on our systems.

 If you need to amend your address details, please call us ASAP and we will see if we can amend this for you.

If your order has already been dispatched and left our warehouse for delivery we are unfortunately unable to amend the address. We can provide you with the tracking code and depending on the error advise how likely this is to be delivered correctly. If this delivery fails due to the address and is returned to us we will need to take payment for the delivery charge to redispatch this.
