We do advise if you have place an order to be in at the time of delivery.
If your order was placed with our standard delivery service, which can take 2-4 days, the parcel should just be posted through your door as Hermes will not require a signature for delivery. If the parcel does not fit through your door the courier will re-attempted delivery within 24 Hrs.
If the order was placed with our premium next day or Saturday delivery service DPD will text your mobile (if supplied on the order) to advise a delivery ETA. You can request your item to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour if you will not be in to sign for the parcel. If you are out they will either try and leave the item with a neighbour or return the item to depot for a limited time pending on re-delivery or collection.
