What if I receive a faulty garment?

We hope you never receive a faulty item, but if you do we would like to rectify this for you as soon as possible or within a reasonable time (legally this is 30 days). Please follow the returns procedure above, clearly stating the fault. Upon receipt the garment will be inspected by our inhouse quality control team, and a replacement item will be shipped out to you.

Any items purchased from the ‘XMAS Gift Shop’ that are faulty must be returned within 28 days for a refund.

Jewellery items from Vidakush that are deemed faulty will be repaired/replaced, excluding earrings and septum rings that are on-returnable for hygiene reasons.
