What happens if I’m outside of the returns period?

For orders placed after the 1st August 2016 customers have up to 30 days in which to return an item to us. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, in original packaging and be in a saleable condition to qualify for a refund. If your order falls outside of these terms we will not be able to process a refund for your item.
