The first time you process an exchange you can choose to either receive a new size, colour or a completely new item of the same value or less.
You can then exchange this item again for a new size - unfortunately we are unable to offer a second exchange for a different item, you would need to return this for a refund and place a new order.
If you are processing a return for an already exchanged item, please remember to add the "SW-" prefix when you enter the order number.
When you are processing a return for your exchanged item/s you will see that the value of your return shows as £0 - please don't worry, this is normal and you will be refunded the amount paid for your item on the original order. As your order has a £0 value you will be required to pay the £1.99 return charge up front.
If you have posted out your return for an exchange and have not received a new confirmation email after 5 days then please reach out to the customer service team so that they can take a further look in to this for you.
Please be aware that you may see the item you would like to exchange yours for available online but not in the returns portal, this is to prevent any disappointment if the item becomes out of stock by the time that your exchange order is able to be processed!
