I've put in the wrong shipping address - what should I do?

Please email us ASAP (help@motelrocks.com) with the correct shipping address details and CANCELLATION / WRONG ADDRESS in the title of the email and we will pick this up as soon as we can. If the order has not been shipped we can try and get this edited for you. If you placed an order with us outside of Mon-Fri 9-5pm please note our customer care team is closed during these times and over the weekend so it may take longer for a reply.

If your order has already been dispatched and left our warehouse for delivery we are unfortunately unable to amend the address. We can provide you with the tracking code and depending on the error advise how likely this is to be delivered correctly. If this delivery fails due to the address and is returned to us we will need to take payment for the delivery charge to redispatch this.
