If you are processing a return for an already exchanged item, please remember to add the full order number in the portal:
UK - SW-(order number)
US - EXC-(order number)-1
If your return parcel has been delivered and have not received an exchange confirmation email after 5-7 working days then please reach out to the customer service team so that they can take a further look in to this for you.
Please be aware that you may see the item you would like to exchange yours for available online but not in the returns portal, this is to prevent any disappointment if the item becomes out of stock by the time that your exchange order is able to be processed!
UK
The first time you process an exchange you can choose any item of the same value or less.
When you are processing a return for your exchanged item/s you will see that the value of your return shows as £0 - please don't worry, this is normal and you will be refunded the amount paid for your item on the original order.
If you are returning an exchanged item there will be a cost of £1.99 to pay upfront through the returns portal.
USA
You can choose to exchange your item for a different size and can only exchange an order a maximum of 3 times.
All exchanges will be at a cost of $7 and this will be an upfront payment made through the returns portal.
