Please note that you will need to cover the cost of returning your unwanted items and you will not be provided with a returns label/QR code once you register your return. We only currently offer refunds for returns - we do not offer exchanges from this area.

You have up to 14 days to initiate your return from the moment your Motel order is delivered. Also, please beware all items must be returned to us in a brand-new condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund.

- Enter your order number and post code or phone number to get started
Make sure to enter your details exactly as shown on your order confirmation - this includes any spaces in your postcode. - Select the items you would like to return
- Follow the instructions provided to return your items - you will not receive a label
- Take your parcel to a post office to send and remember to keep your proof of postage receipt
Underwear
Due to hygiene and health reasons all knickers are non returnable.
Please only return the items you have specified via the portal, as this may cause issues with your return order being processed. If you are unable to return your unwanted items within the 14 day return policy then please contact our customer service team before your policy expires.
