Important: If you have ordered to Europe, but your order number does not start with "EU" - please use the instructions for returning here.
If you are returning from Switzerland or Norway, please follow the instructions here.
Returns cost €5 for Germany and €7 in other countries - this cost will be removed from your refund.
1. Enter your order number and e-mail address used to place the order
2. Select the item/s you would like to return
3. Download your returns label
4. Take your parcel to a post office or locker - please do not post your parcel in a postbox and always get a proof of postage receipt
Refunds
Once your return has arrived with our warehouse the refund to your original payment method will be issued within 5-7 working days.
Please be aware, if you have paid for your order with a gift card then your refund will be processed back to the same gift card.
Underwear
Due to hygiene and health reasons all knickers are non returnable.
Please only return the items you have specified via the portal, as this may cause issues with your return order being processed. If you are unable to return your unwanted items within the 14 day return policy then please contact our customer service team before your policy expires.
