If your order has been returned to sender we will issue you with a refund for the items when the parcel reaches our warehouse! The timeframe for a parcel to get back to us can depend on the courier, so if you see that your parcel is no longer on it's way to you please contact our customer service team so that they can get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately we are not able to reship an order that has been returned to us as a failed delivery, you can receive a refund and will need to place the order again if you still need the items.
