We hope you never receive a faulty or incorrect item, but if you do we would like to rectify this for you as soon as possible or within a reasonable time - please be aware that we cannot accept any faulty claims for orders over 6 months old.

Please be aware that if you choose to return a faulty or damaged item before reaching out to the customer service team then you will be liable for any returns costs incurred.
