If you are returning from Switzerland or Norway, please follow the instructions for European returns but there are a few things that need to be taken in to account.
As you're sending the goods from a non-EU country to Germany, customs forms are required.
At your local post office or courier service, fill in:
- CN22 or CN23 customs form (depends on the value)
- Declare the contents as: "Returned goods – no commercial value"
- Value: State original value, but clearly mark it as a return
- Country of origin: Usually Germany or EU
- You may also need the EORI number of the recipient (Motel): GB982041525
If you do not provide the correct information for your return then this may result in the shipment being returned, we are unfortunately unable to reimburse any shipping costs incurred when the goods have been incorrectly declared.
If you have any problems returning then please reach out to the customer service team on: help@motelrocks.com
