Items marked as ‘Sale’ or purchased at a discounted price are final sale and are not eligible for refund when purchased in our Sample Sale from 2nd - 3rd March 2026. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You have up to 14 days to initiate your return from the moment your Motel order is delivered. Also, please be aware all items must be returned to us in a brand-new condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund. You will need to pay postage to return any of your unwanted Motel items.
Important Notice
Please ensure that all return shipments are sent with duties and taxes fully paid. Parcels arriving with unpaid or underpaid duties cannot be delivered to us and will be returned to the sender by the courier.
Returns that do not reach us due to insufficient duty payment remain the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to process refunds for these items.
