There are a few countries that our UK returns provider (ReBound) does not currently support returns from:
New Zealand, Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong, Japan, South Africa, Taiwan, Turkey, China, Azerbaijan, Iceland, South Korea, Malaysia, Switzerland
If you are returning from one of these countries, or if you don't wish to use our returns service, please see alternative returns instructions below.
You have up to 14 days to initiate your return from the moment your Motel order is delivered. Also, please be aware all items must be returned to us in a brand-new condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund. You will need to pay postage to return any of your unwanted Motel items.
1. Package your items up and include the returns form provided below - please make sure to write your order number on the form.

3. Take your parcel to the post office to send, remember to keep your proof of postage receipt that has our address and a tracking number on.
