Please be aware that items are refunded separately, so allow 48hrs for your full refund to be completed!
Swap Returns (UK)
Please allow 5-7 working days from the date your parcel is delivered for a refund to be processed, you can track your parcel with the Royal Mail tracking number provided on your receipt.
Rebound Returns (ROW)
Please allow 5-7 working days from the date your parcel is scanned by to our warehouse for a return to be completed, you can track your return parcel here: https://motelrocks.intelligentreturns.net/tracking with your order number.
When returning with Rebound, your parcel can travel through two separate facilities so if there is two scans showing "delivered" please don't worry, the later scan will be the end of the parcels journey.
Alaiko Returns (Europe)
Please allow 5-7 working days from the date your parcel arrives with our warehouse for a return to be completed! Please use the tracking number provided to see if your parcel has reached our warehouse yet.
Loop Returns (USA)
Your refund will be issued as soon as your parcel is delivered to our warehouse - please use your tracking number to check the status of your parcel!
